Each drawer is carefully made to your exact specifications with the utmost care. Western Dovetail makes each order from raw materials. All of the milling and material selection is done in- house per order, so you can be assured that the best and most consistent materials are used for your job. All of the sanding and finishing is also done in-house so you can be assured that your drawers will be smooth and clean and finished the way you want them. Choose from a wide variety of materials for any project
The custom solid wood drawers are made of the finest domestic hardwoods such as Maple, Oak, Cherry, Walnut, and Birch. Nine-ply Birch and Maple plywood is also offered. Our new 9-Ply Pre-finished birch is the lowest cost solution for assembled and finished dovetailed drawers. Maple, the most common species, comes in several varieties: Natural Hard Maple, which has some color and grain variations, clear Maple, Western Maple and certified "Eco-Maple".
Drawer Tip
Always inspect your drawers carefully when they arrive, any damage from shipping must be reported immediately. Product may shift during travel and must be removed from packaging and stacked on a flat surface to ensure that they stay flat. Drawers that are not unpacked and inspected within 1 (one) week are VOID of Guarantee. Careful handling of your product will always give you the best results.
