Many Custom Options are available
The company offers a multitude of variations on the standard box. File drawers can be made in any configuration and the rails can be cut in and provided with the order. Custom pullouts in a variety of designs can also be ordered with scoops, and tapered side profiles. Custom machining for under-mount hardware.
Another specialty at Western Dovetail is custom machining for concealed drawer runners. Under-mount hardware requires precision machining such as notching and drilling and specific bottom placement. The staff at Western Dovetail will help the customer calculate the size of the drawer by using the cabinet openings combined with the hardware specifications. When a concealed runner is used, the drawer size depends on the following key specifications:
- Cabinet construction (frame, Euro)
- Opening size (height, width)
- Depth of the cabinet (inside clear)
- Thickness of drawer material
- Make, model and size of hardware
